    I always worry when Clyde halfway makes sense. Of course he favors the silent treatment–it’s his method with women, and other of life’s imponderables. However, politicians may remember votes cast against them more than votes never cast, and people who respond to a wretched choice by voting for third-party candidates have my respect.
