Oh, wow. Now I get it. These “choked” strips are all connected. I only disagree with you on one thing. I don’t believe that Hillary and Bill actually share a bedroom. Or, that she wears a nightgown to sleep. I think she sleeps in her pants suits. LOL>

By the way, my friend’s husband posted the TAX series on his door at CAL BAPTIST, where he is a professor. He often uses your strips as discussion springboards in his classes. He teaches legal ethics.

I signed up for this list solely to tell Darin Bell how much I liked the “choking” series. For some reason it just cracked me up! Maybe it’s the way Clyde is shown as this tiny person in the grip of a giant. Or the way he says, “They chokin’ me!” And there’s no backstory or context to it–just out of the blue.
Plus it works on metaphorical levels… Who is really choking Clyde? Is the Giant a “they”? Why does he get no help from the system? And then the dig at Godzillary’s TV spots, and her (possibly) offensive advice… Great stuff!
