Shades of “All in the Family”. I LOVED that show! This reminds me of when Edith met someone at a high school reunion after gosh knows how many decades. He asked her, “So, how’ve you been?” or some such question. She answers, “Well, in June of that year,…then the next month, then,….etc) and kept on going…I think until her husband said, “Stifle it, Edith”. I laughed back then, and I have to laugh at this now. Good cartoon!
