Sunday comics are drawn several weeks before the weekday ones, and that means that every once in a while you’ll notice an incongruity. So it’s best not to think of Sunday strips as being part of the sequence of events that happen during the week. Is it possible to love two women at the same time? Maybe Lemont is falling in love with Roxanne? I don’t know that it’s possible. In real life, I knew of two such cases where the woman was like Roxanne, and the marriages ended in divorce. People don’t change for the better after marriage, the quirks only get worse. So, if Roxanne is ditzy now, she’ll be DOUBLE ditzy after marriage. I say down with the engagement, and sue for custody of the child. MEN’S RIGHTS!!!!!
