I think it's someone who got really tired of Lemont talking to them while in the bathroom, and this is payback. Maybe it's his mom? Someone maybe he ignores most of the time and ONLY talks to her when he's taking a crap? Hahaha.
Whenever I'm out and about and need to use the public facilities, and someone is on the phone in the restroom, I make noises appropriate to the setting. Loud, "goodness, what did you eat?" sounds. They always leave or hang up. I have to reapply my lipstick, but it's so worth it.
