I'm getting "Total Recall" flashbacks from that myself.
Any pill coming from Dr. Noodle I would question, He's more insidious than the doctor from Lost in Space.
Now, if Dr. Noodle is correct, he's a manifestation of Lemont's subconscious, trying to get him to 'wake up'.
Which means he's not really Dr. Noodle. But he's SAYING he's Dr. Noodle . . . it's a conundrum.

I know you’re not serious, and I know that (even if you were) the pill couldn’t do what the Doc says (for the reasons that Robert gave), but still … antipsychotics don’t work that way.
