It's off topic of today's strip but I was thinking that those of you who enjoy must be enjoying some of the ironies of the latest Supreme Court decision overturning a ban on corporate spending on campaigns.
It appears to me that an activist court granting God-given rights to non-human entities will destroy marriage and American society. Corporations will be demanding the right to marry and we'll see men marrying corporations, corporations marrying goats, and sole proprietorships marrying limited liability companies. Corporate pedophilia will run rampant since their is no age of consent for companies and young, innocent startups are preyed upon by winkled old corporate giants.
Also, there will be no one to protect the rights of unborn corporations Who will protect those business plans conceived but never fully capitalized? Radical privacy rights advocates will tell us that the privacy of companies preclude telling them what to do with their corporate structure and innocent divisions will be aborted because their not profitable enough.
I'm calling on Americans to pray that the Supreme Court is impeached or incorporated before it's too late.

Nicely put, Mr. Bell! You could do a whole story-arc on this alone.
Given that corporations are creatures of darkness who cannot die and feed on the blood of the living, you could depict them as vampires. No, wait, that's been done. . . .
