Lemont got ripped off big time. Sometimes it's better to physically walk into a store, pay for your goods, and walk out with the physical product you were looking for, in your hands, even if it may be more convenient to order on-line. (my apologies to any of your sponsors who may sell products on-line).

I agree. I've had good AND terrible experiences ordering online.
I've been ordering computer stuff from New Egg for years, and have no complaints.
