    Remember, ‘recession’ means that the economy is getting worse, not that it's bad. We can be in a recession while the economy is good, and we can (like now) be out of a recession while the economy is bad. (Also, the measure of how ‘good’ the economy is is kind of a silly one, but that's a different issue.)
