No. It's just part of my natural “charm.”Joseph Patrick Bulko, MBAEntrepreneur – Journalist – Web Guy410-370-6449… sent from my iPhone

The "gesundheit" bit is an old Benny Hill routine, and I'm sure he "borrowed" it from comedians before him. "Bless you" can be substituted for "gesundheit" to make the "sneeze" reference more apparent.

    • Darrin Bell says:

I thought about it but concluded the opposite. When someone says "Gesundheit," you know they're referring to a sneeze, in this country; but "bless you" has a few different meanings. In modern vernacular, it also means "thank you," for instance. And a "bless you" from Bin Laden could be misinterpreted as having some sort of religious significance.

      • JPBulkoMBA says:

The reason that I mentioned “Bless You” as an alternative to “Gesundheit” is that I use this routine regularly (much to my own amusement, though not necessarily anyone else's). Sometimes “bless you” seems more natural and suitable (especially around folks who I know say “bless you” when someone sneezes). When I'm amongst a less familiar group, I use “Gesundheit” for the reasons you stated. Again, much thanks for the “Osama Bin Laid-to-rest” series, especially while it's still fresh and relevant!Joseph Patrick Bulko, MBAEntrepreneur – Journalist – Web Guy410-370-6449… sent from my iPhone

I just realized that Bin Laden is using a Jewish expression for saying, "To your health". Hahahaha.
