   Clyde is wrong in assuming the child of super star singers become singers themselves or write their own songs. Look at Cher's daughter/son. He isn't singing. What about Michael Jackson's kids? I don't see them as striving to become stars yet. 🙂

     How about Willow Smith whipping her hair back & forth & gettin' all rowdy in the fictitious video classroom? And her brother Jaden's Karate Kid? And Hannah Montana whatsherreal name? Not really superstars in the latter case, of course– She's another case where I'd thought the SNL caricature had to be way over the top, until I saw the real thing was just that insipid.
     And in politics, there are Kennedys & a Bayh, and my city's congressman Clay, who are all mere shadows of their fathers' greatness.
