    Sorry Darrin, but Christmas e-cards are tacky. I haven't opened an e-card for years — I automatically delete them. And anyone who takes offence can stick it where the sun don't shine and strike me from their email distribution list.

    BTW, having trained some "old people" to use computers, I agree that you sometimes get the feeling they're testing you, but they're really not. A little bit of patience and understanding that one day you'll be in their position (hopefully) goes a long way. 🙂

      Suburban, every time I think you have posted the nicest, most thoughtful, or amusing post, you amaze me with ANOTHER excellent read! How kind of you to say that about us old people!!!!!! I am still gawking over these young people being able to hit the teeny, microscopic sized little keyboards on their little, bitty phones. One of my fingertips would cover at least three of their keys.
