    Are these comics amalgamations of the stories that readers have told you, or are they drawn from personal experience?

      Almost always personal experience. I watched them trying to deliver my package to "Bell, CA" for a week before they gave up and returned it to the sender (even after I submitted a request for them to hold it at my local FedEx Office), and customer service didn't help at all.
