I love how empathetic the Susan character is. She seems to know exactly how Lemont is feeling.
But, O'Reily LIVES HERE in America and should KNOW BETTER.
I think some people are medically incapable of knowing better. It's like a mental illness.
So she believed me and began making friends. Now, she's happy.
This idea that all Black Americans cuss is broadly believed overseas because of many of the movies, the headlines in the news, etc. and music that the overseas people see and hear. One friend of mine, an African American who came here and who is Black herself, said she doesn't want to associate with the Black people in America because they all curse and are all violent. I had to explain to her that what she saw in the movies and heard in the music is NOT indicative of the MAJORITY of Black people who are regular people, not out to make shocking headlines or anything.
