Lemont's actually thought of suing for custody, but he's got what he thinks is a damn good reason not to. There was a sequence dealing with that a few months ago.
Ooooooh, I so hate that Crazy Vegetarian Chick! I've hated her for what feels like my entire life! When she fell down those stairs before, I was SO hoping she wouldn't get up. She's... she's... AAAAARGH!
After Lemont tried to find his dad in the afterlife, though, I could see why he's sticking with her. But he has legal options. He should ask for a raise at work so he can afford to take care of Lionel, and then sue the evil CVC for custody.
