At least he is giving some of the money to Lemont-most banks aren't going to lend, let alone give, money to people who need it. Help the economy get stimulated? Surely you jest.
I wonder if people have really done this; after all, during the New Orleans funding, people scammed some for themselves who didn't deserve it, leaving the ones who did deserve it often lacking.
