Unfortunately, that would drive businesses out of the US taking jobs with them. That would not at all be a good thing. CEOs, even those that had to get bailed out, still need some incentive to keep their businesses here.
If I were Obama, I'd have limited CEO pay to the salary of TEACHERS. Not more than $25-45,000 a year.
