What's a "bleach budget"?
Asking me to explain jokes is like taking a kid to the dentist. I just can't stand it, it causes pain that may or may not be psychosomatic, and my health insurance doesn't reimburse me for it.
Doesn't a refusal to explain the joke neglect your obligations under the warranty? It seems to me that all strips should be subject to additional inspections and crash-testing before being sent out.
At the very least you should include a warning like: "May induce mild confusion."

We all know that Republicans belong to peaceful (except against the "evil ones", whoever that may be at the time), loving (one's spouse or otherwise), helpful (to one's friends-especially if they are true believers and wealthy) groups who live in peace and harmony with the enviornment (except when it gets in the way of our friends or contains pesky animals such as deer, ducks, wolves or polar bears).
