I normally love Candorville. This one is clever, yes. But unfortunately, it doesn't truly illustrate socialism. Have everyone in the neighborhood order pizza, but some pay $2, and others pay $18. Then the pizza shop stops delivering because it can't afford to pay the driver. The government steps in and makes the richest guy on the block pay a "pizza subsidy" -- but the pizza shop still goes out of business because they're now using inferior ingredients. Then the government sets up it's own pizzaria, which servers lousy pizza, and doesn't deliver. THAT's socialism.__
