Where are my other blogger friends? On vacation? I miss your postings.
Has Lemont considered looking elsewhere for an apartment? Or, has he asked the landlerd to give back the interest on the deposit yearly? In some states, that is the law, but tenants are sorely ignorant of that law. Because of the ignorance of it, landlerds everywhere take advantage of the tenants and use the interest for their own gain.
