Thought Different, part 1

Spread the love

If you notice a difference in the artwork, that’s because starting today, I’ll be coloring the dailies myself instead of relying on the overworked colorists most of the syndicates use. There’ve been one too many times when I’ve seen my more shifty characters colored darker than they should be, for my tastes. And as a chronic perfectionist, I prefer having complete control over the strip’s appearance anyway. If it were up to me, I’d get to choose the paper stock on which the newspapers print it. I hope you like it.

  • After seeing the cover of the "The New Yorker" and an editorial cartoon of Jobs looking over St. Peter's shoulder as he pages through the Book, where Jobs says, "There's an app for that ... ", I have been wondering what Darrin would come up with.

Look out, folks. Here it comes. :-)

  • The return of the recently-departed-dispatching-advice train... I should have seen it coming! Can't wait to see how Jobs compares with bin-Laden and Michael Jackson's train ride!
