I miss her a lot... She was gone way too soon. I was looking forward to the Earthseed books I'm guessing she was going to write as a sequel to the Parables.
In the Parables, Lauren's journey was dangerous enough , but then to have "hyperempathy syndrome" on top of that!... Some might argue that it was a blessing as well as a curse. It reminds me of Harriett Tubman ahd her narcolepsy. Rumor has it that these fainting spells were opportunities for Harriett to astral travel , to check the road ahead, and to see which station were save to venture to and which weren't.
