I believe in an alternate universe, New Jersey is a part of Candorville, as is every other state, nation and government. Thus the different names but similar situations, I believe. Or, like to think.
Candorville is everywhere -- I made an assumption about its location based on the existence of a well-known street in California, and Darrin Bell corrected me (politely).
Where ever there is a situation that can be poked fun at, Candorville is there.
