~ 1977, I was walking to my dorm. I saw a lot of campus and city cops around one of the other dorms. As I got close to my dorm, someone called my name,
I turned around to see one of the campus cops I knew crouched in the side door of the dumpster with a 12 ga shotgun pointed at the door of the other dorm. He said he'd been in it for over an hour and asked if I'd get him some water.
Song they sing: "Ain't he tweet. See him coming up the street. I ask you very confidentially, ain't he tweet." Hahaha
Only us old people remember that song. Ha!
Or people that have seen Warner Brothers cartoons (especially Sylvester and Tweety)
Red binoculars on a "covert" stakeout? Doesn't seem very stealthy
