I've got to agree with the crazy guy for once. I don't feel like it's shaming a person to tell them the truth. Being obese is unhealthy, simple as that. Being told that shouldn't make you feel bad as a person. If someone tells you that they think you are at an unhealthy weight, they're doing it because they care about you. The way you feel about yourself or your body image is another concern entirely.
