My cousin died of a heart attack at the beginning of the year. The only symptom was severe nausea / vomiting. She thought it was heartburn; they'd scheduled her for an endoscopy. It never happened.
She was mumblety-three.
p.s. Nausea / vomiting are more common symptoms in women. As such, often overlooked.
