Ha, yeah, sometimes it can be tough to find out, even if you're trying, all the ways the various levels of the system will try to nickel and dime you. Small businesses (I'm a solo consultant myself) get hit worst, because we don't have an army of legal/financial experts specifically looking out for such things, let alone figuring out the loopholes. :-(
