  4. I think Lemont is wrong. "To bear" also means to carry, and not necessarily to carry a burden. To 'bear with me' is to carry along with me–to be patient while we travel this road together. Lemont is not only a stickler, he's the worst kind of sticker–one who assumes that his interpretation is the right one, without doing his homework.

    That said, what I'd REALLY like to know is, what that woman had buried–and where!
