Naw, the idiot at work was just a tool for a failed plan to teach Lemont a lesson (back up to March 19ths episode "the breakthrough 5").
This is how Lemont & Susan used to communicate, by coughing and gagging, and look what happened to their friendship. She turned to an idiot at work who would talk to her. But, this unspoken conversation between Lemont and Clyde does exemplify so many men I have met in my life! For some reason, this tongue in cheek humor really hits home!!!!
