In my Toastmaster's group, some guy gave a speech about "great" leaders and included Hitler in the list. Why, I asked? He explained because he was effective in getting a huge crowd to go along with his insanity. In that vein, "great" meant effective in getting what he wants. That nauseated me the same as the idea of Trump getting elected President. It would be the SHAME of America to accept that his hatred and vitriolic remarks about groups he doesn't like, are "normal" and representative of what Americans think.
